Lucy - Elfen Lied ( I think the tries to kill the main lead but I forget)
Asuka - Evangelion ( not all the time but she has her epic moments if you will)
Kirino "Kirinon" Konosaka - Gift Eternal Rainbow ( show suckes but she has a yandere ish moment)
Sekai - School Days ( nice boat )
any female from Higurashi no Naku (plenty of that yandere in that show)
Kaede Fuyou - Shuffle!
Faye Valentine - Cowboy Bebop
Haruko - FLCL
Chidori - Fullmetal Panic

Sorry for the double post, but also looking for one of the females having an intimate scene with another guy/girl, then killing them in the same scene. (attempting to kill is fine too. )
