Can you think of any anime with androids or cyborgs?

I need scenes of very obvious cyborgs or androids. We're talking scenes of being built, scenes with their machinery showing, that sort of thing. If it's a character that just looks human and there's no way to identify that it's not without knowing the anime, then that's not what I'm looking for.

I'm not looking for anything CG like Appleseed, or anything that is maid-related (unless they are obvious droid scenes, I can't use the fan service >_> ). Anyone have any suggestions?

Also there's one android girl in a episode of tiger&bunny who has half her face exposed while fighting the main characters at some point.
