Not knowing where you are in Video Event FX
I don't want to bother you guys with my REALLY dumb question but I have no idea where I am when I'm in Video Event FX, I mean I dont know where to put the effects since I don't know where I am in, in the video. I heard that you could put markers and when you clicked on them then pressed 'Video Event FX' you could be placed in that marker position but for some reason it doesn't work now. So can you guys help? (If you don't understand what I'm talking about please tell me)

There should be an "Animate" button in the lower left corner of the FX window that pops up. If you click it, the keying timeline appears ^^

I know that but my problem is that if I go to half way in the Time line in Video FX I don't know where that 'half way' way is in the actual video.

If you go halfway in the timeline you go halfway in the clip of the video you are editing. Its quite simple to understand if you make your VFX editing coloum smaller and out of the way of the actualy clip; then look at the clip and you'll see it
