trouble encoding some video files for editing

i have been trying to encode "king of thorn" raw version to sue in an amv but i have failed at every attempted, my adobe premiere cs4 rejects every solution ive come up with, can anyone help me?... not sure if thats enough info but if u you need more info to befoer helping me i'll reply promptly with what i know about the filles and converters. i been using raws to make it easier so i dont have to crop out subs.
maybe the encoders im using arent god .... any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you .

Rip the BD, ???, AMV. It's a simple enough source and pretty good looking. I should know >__>
