This is scary. I only started editing my video 2 days ago and I have like 40 s left to edit. Dunno if it's good or not but I quite enjoy it so far^^.
the problem is I keep hearing those screams form "bangarang" all the time. They're stalking me!

Group D comes before Group C and ends up getting the Dansen along with the Caramell.
Despite being a popular meme in early 2006, it seems that the majority of the editors can't get excited for this upbeat tune, and are left beat up over the whole thing instead.

And Radical_Yue - you mentioned about 12 people sending in Bangarang - you're not putting in multiple entries of the same song into the randomizer, are you?

I did eliminate the multiple copies of the song and get it down to 1.

So... i'm wondering. If what Yue said is true, then Bangarang still had a 1/300 chance of being chosen. Not 12/320, but 1/300 (ok, a number around 300). I don't want to question Yue actions (she doesn't have a reason to lie or alter the songs by herself), but... is it me or just popular songs keep popping so that the contest has enough attention? (and that pumps up the competition between us, etc...)

It just seemed weird that Bangarang, a song that was sent a dozen times by the editors that participate in the Quickening, got chosen among 300 other songs. I hope it's a coincidence, and not just Yue trying to please the participants with the songs most of us sent. She is doing a wonderful job up until now, i have to admit it

Bangarang wasn't the only song I got multiples of. Starry Eyed was another one coming in at 4 copies of the normal version and the one remix. After cutting out multiples (which I had a decent amount of) it was around 250 songs or so, I don't remember the exact number since I cleared out all of the stuff that isn't in the tournament. Also, NOT EVERYONE sent me music. They were supposed to, but hey, if they don't want the very slim chance of editing to their song or seeing someone else edit to it then that's on them.

Also, what does pop music stand for? Popular music. I'm in no way trying to please anyone, all of the songs were randomized. But if the majority of people send me popular music then there is a much higher chance of it getting it because it outnumbers the "indie" music. If popular music wasn't the most sent in type...well, it wouldn't be pop music.

tl;dr Don't kill the messenger. You guys sent me the music, I just ran it through Random.org and handed it back out to you.

Edit: I'll post info about R1 Group A tomorrow. My flight just got in not too long ago and I'm exhausted. But I have videos. Many videos.
