I honestly haven't fully decided, but likely they will be put on DVD since the rules stated that's how they would be presented. I will likely also make a blu-ray, but it would be the backup. I saw the AnimeNext finalists announced below this thread and I almost read it as Anime Expo finalists being announced. Gave me a mini heart attack.

So back in February, the official page had the old address. I sent it to the old address and have not received a confirmation. The forum posting I just found said there was a two week interval of maybe maybe because of the change up.
