Hey everyone. I just joined the forums to ask if posting my Otakon AMV contest on this site or youtube before the con screenings was a wise idea. However, since I found this thread and don't see my name among the finalists I guess it's not an issue anymore.

Oh well, better luck another time I suppose. It was my first finished AMV and it started as a "messing around with a video editing program I got recently" project anyways. Good luck to everyone else in the contest!

Or perhaps you mean AX's loss, Otakon's gain? :wink:

Seriously, though, I suppose you're right. Otakon only allows one entry per person, so it's harder to get in.

Still, I don't think I stand a chance against this list of creators.

If only I could afford to go this year (not to mention being able to leave my pregnant wife and kid at home alone for four days without having the locks changed by the time I get back). I haven't been in the finals at Otakon since 2007. :cry:
