lol what is this weird attempt at fanservice? It just...doesn't look right at all. I guess the animators are more into the shonen-ai and just gave up on the female designs ;p

I like the design of the characters. Seems like a good anime. For that reason I'm going to give K a shot.

I like the animation. I don't think the character design is that bad (in fact I think they are pretty good - like the red-haired guy who is supposedly the head of the organization)
Do agree the plot is a bit cliche but for the reasons of good animation and decent character design I'm going to follow this anime.
By the way, I don't think this is another version of BLEACH

it's a new anime (even if its plot is not all that original)
