eh a little bit difficult to explain - hmm the way the transition between the frames is a little blurred and "chopped"?

IF your talking about 0:00 to 0:04 then its just massive amounts of ghostings. Have a shorter footage and hold ctrl and drag the footage. Right click the footage and make sure video resampling is *ON* And that can be any SV version, just change the theme and you'll have a cooler looking one.
