I thought I was being smart when I bought a five pound bag of rice a while back in order to be more cost effective. I hadn't even used half of the damn thing when tiny, long bugs managed to get inside and infest it. I knew I had to be mindful with mixes, flour, and the like, but this problem with rice is a first for me. Sort of ruined my dinner plans for tonight and now I have to buy another bag. Guess I have to start keeping everything in ziploc bags from now on...

Use tubs with sealable lids isntead

As long as they're not those jumping spiders, they really don't bother me more than any other common vermin.
