Favourite Villian

Has to be Light from Death Note. Very rarely is the protagonist a villain, and you get to know him more than you do any other villain I can think of. Yet you still really have no idea what hes gonna do next, he was so unpredictable, compelling and controversial as a protagonist.

Probably Darcia III from Wolf's Rain, because I just liked that he originally just went to great lengths get the consciousness of the woman he loved back, and then he lost control and went completely batshit crazy. I've just always liked him; human motives gone horribly wrong.

Itachi (naruto shippuden).

Ehh with how far the series has progressed, I don't really think he's a villain in Shippuden, atleast not as much as he was in the original Naruto.
Anyways mine would have to be, a few different ones, first Millions Knives of Trigun, then I'd say Vicious from Cowboy Bebop because I'm a fool for Katana wielding badasses.
Also as of late, Walter from Hellsing Ultimate, just for what he pulled on Hellsing and Alucard.

I must say I quite like him as a villain, so badass that only he himself was capable of defeating him.

As for a favorite villain, I don't know, I never really think of these things but I quite like Sanakan from Blame! during her introduction. Gotta love a villain that upon revealing their true nature, proceeds to blast a hole kilometers deep in a populated area with little regard for collateral damage as long as their target is neutralized.
