Not surprisingly, it was this. Although I just recently changed my org profile picture. Then it goes on to show images from my DA account, photo of Anza (Head Phones President vocalist) and I, my neighbors on last.fm, forum posts that I participated in on various websites, and old myspace profiles.
The very first truly unrelated image appears on Page 2. A user replying to someone's myspace profile who uses the name iJexis. There has only been 2 instances where I've an individual using this name; this one was the first, about 2 years ago and a few months back on XBox Live.

Almost all of the first 3 pages are just images lifted from my photobucket. The first one that came up that wasn't my own image was:

I am highly amused that this comes up on the 4th page after google stops displaying my own images.
