Well, it's meant to work as a "commercial" of sorts, but I would count it as an ONA.
You now will be able to find the "Next A-Class (ONA)" entry. Next time you have doubts, just enter the title without the classifications in the brackets, don't worry!
Right now, if it does not allow you to add the anime directly, you'll have to use the request change of locked video info page.
