I'll just put it out there that I'm helping the actual hosts get the word out, but they probably didn't consider it. Though, I'm sure they'll be fine with anything that follows that standard 50%+ being anime rule.

Well, this is only from memory, but the contest showed some runner-ups at the beginning and concluded with the winners.
