False Link Problems

Post by Sidicas » Mon Jul 22, 2002 4:35 pm

Many people have been getting some reported link problems by "Proxy" after the first two errors that "Proxy" reported on 2 different videos of mine, I began to ignore them. Many people might not know to do the same, and it is getting kinda annoying.

Example: (hope this comes through ok)

Date Member Problem Type
2002-07-22 16:29:20 Proxy Incomplete File on Server

I checked and double checked this one...There certainly was no "Incomplete File on Server" problem with my video. Should the "Proxy" account that is supposedly open to everybody be able to report errors like this?

Yep. I always get errors from Proxy. That's just site visitors who aren't registered or logged in.

And no, I don't think Proxy should have rights to do that. Only registered users.
