This is for the main contest which has a PG rating since it will be shown during general audience times.

The NSFW contest is, pretty much, anything goes...NR, TV-MA, whatever you wanna call it and will be shown during late hours.
Use ultraviolent anime, hentai, and whatever else at your disposal that's "too hot for prime time."

At this point, anything that's even mildly amusing will do.

As far as the PG thing, if you think something may be *just* over the line, submit it anyway.
It's the fine line between subtle / clever and blatant / crude.
Anyway, the rating system is the jurisdiction of higher authority.
