heres a amv i recently did i been working at it for awhile i forgot about it till now. ill have to ask for a higher quality upload i tried everything i could and just couldn't get it below 187- 189 MB. if you know of my work (sirmichaelvalentine) then you should know i already tryed compressing videos it just doesn't work for me without losing major song quality. heres my youtube link so you could see the video.

Under 5 minutes at SD resolution...that video should easily be under 100MB, even using xvid.
Give Zarx264gui a go with your least compressed render. If that doesn't get your size down far enough (which it really should), then I'll leave you in the hands of our resident encoding ninjas.
