Re: Hataraku Maou-sama!
First half of the episode was cute, pretty much fine. Second half was meh, and rest of the series is set to be like the second half or worse.
The premise could have worked, but they seem set to unfold the series like any other love comedy. Could be worth a 6/10 or so if it really tries, but doesn't look like it's going to be anything new...

Yeah, pretty fun so far.
I don't really know how it will turn, but the setting seems good enough to make a great comedy series.

Re: Hataraku Maou-sama!
I decided to pick this one up after seeing some screenshots of the first ep.
Loving it so far! The first half before Maou got a job was especially hilarious. The overly serious comedy they had going was the best, hopefully they don't abandon that for a more generic sol type comedy.

Second ep was pretty good. Though it looks like they'll enter the old harem "let's all live together in one house because of some weird circumstances" setup. Hopefully the remaining two characters are awesome enough to pull this all together, or that

I LOVED the first two episodes!! Especially the second made me laugh so much
I have high expectations for this series. Hope that they won't bring too much romance between Maou and Emilia...don't want it to turn out as a romance-comedy-thing

Pretty awesome ep this week! Perfect blend of comedy and angsty, supernatural stuff. I'm glad it's not going the typical rom com harem route just yet.
