Re: POKEMON
Since you're talking about light grinding I take you're mostly interested in getting the battles done with so... how about a simulator?

Decide which tier you want to play in, make your team, and then just battle with other people. If you don't feel like making teams and just want to play for fun, randombattles is a good meta for that (though keep in mind that CAP fakemons will show up from time to time).
The good part about this is that it actually supports gen 5 metagame (as opposed to the various other mmos or so which tend to be gen 3-based or at most gen 3 mechanic with gen 4 mons added), with only a few small bugs.

Re: POKEMON
X and Y keep looking better and better! Different hair/skin color for the main character! And being able to ride on some Pokemon looks interesting. And omg that panda is a badass.

Re: POKEMON
Is it just me or does one of the new pokemon look a lot like Mawile?

Re: POKEMON
I will admit, the new pokemon look interesting. The panda one is obviously grass-dark in my option. but if it is a bit of a normal type that doesn't surprise me either.
