Russian-Japanese-Jamaican* Parmesan Chicken Chili Noodles

*cooked with some Japanese soy sauce, Jamaican hot sauce, and some Russian Standard vodka





Together with some tea and biscuits and fresh Ontario strawberries, it's all part of a delicious Soviet world fusion* breakfast**!

I really love having a long lunch during training. Since I'm training remotely I can just walk upstairs and make lunch. I'm thinking Knorr Sour Cream and Chives noodles with a grilled ham sandwich for lunch tomorrow. That or pasta.

Tonight's dinner is blueberries with yogurt and cauliflower with pine nut hummus (that I made!).

Holy shit, high fives to myself on being kind of ridiculously healthy with this meal.

Today for lunch I had 10 pieces of salmon sushi, a piece of chocolate cake, and unlimited green tea. Cost? About $5.50. Good deal, Japan!
