Anime you watch because of AMV

I think the only anime that I've ever really watched because of an AMV would be Blood+. I would post a link to the video because it was so damn amazing, but sadly, it's removed for some odd reason. =/

But too be honest there were some cases where the amv was way too good and the anime looked way awesome-er than it actually was.. Now I'm almost afraid of watching anime based on amvs xD

I saw a madoka magica AMV that was really great at this AMV contest (I think it was either a winner or a runner up). This made me want to watch it ><
(being a lazy bum though I still haven't watched it XD)
Generally I like watching AMVs of anime I've already watched more though since I can relate to the feelings it's supposed to evoke xD

Shin's Madoka video has definitely made we want watch the anime after I saw it at AX 2 years back. It definitely captures the essence of the show. Now if we can only get some release dates on the movies that would be nice.

I bought the 8 volumes of the manga and downloaded the 24 episodes
of Welcome to the NHK thanks to that AMV called "Help!"
