What people look for in opinions usually differs from person to person... I've been around so long that really all I look for anymore is "how did this video make you feel?" Usually when I'm in the "beta stage" is when I am more willing to accept advice on my editing, as I am still in a position to change it.animefreak00007 wrote:Thanks for offering free opinions. Emotional reactions are also pretty much what I put into my opinions anymore, unless some serious technical advice (for future videos) I feel is needed. Also if my advice is too vague, feel free to question it. I'm more than willing to explain more via PM/forum.
However, what many people do, and a good way to think of yourself as "useful" is to make a list like so to explain your scores:
Originality (score) - it was original because...
Capture/Quality (score) - It's a (score) because..
etc.
