I will be returning to Katsucon again to resume my role on International Guest Relations staff, and I will be trying to work with Dueceloosely (if I can get his attention) to work on some AMV programming in addition to my own panel on living and working in Japan.
Is there interest in a dinner, meet up, panel, etc?

Okay, bumping this because I have a list of restaurants and because we have only one month to go. If we have enough people, I'll make reservations.

I'm not going, but I do have a suggestions (as someone who's done this kinda thing before), narrow down the choices the affordable ones that are closer to the convention center and give those as options. Too many options won't get you very good results for narrowing it down to one.Kionon wrote:Okay, bumping this because I have a list of restaurants and because we have only one month to go. Well, at the moment, I don't even have a head count. So until people tell me they're even coming, there's little reason to spend time whittling down the list.

Re: Katsucon 20 (DINNER RESTAURANT LIST ADDED)
I spoke to Deuce at the Katsucon meeting this past Saturday. We think dinner might be a bit much with so few people coming, but would people be up for drinks? We'd like to organise that if we can.
I haven't been to an editor dinner since Otakon 2006, so I'd like to still get some dinner with a few editors if anyone is interested. National Harbor has lots of different stuff, and it doesn't have to be fancy.
