What is the best AMV program?

I use Movie Studio Platinum 12 and I would like to know if there is another program that is better then that program.
I would LOVE to know if you know some program that can cut out characters and such.

Since you are already used to the Sony ecosystem you'd probably best benefit from upgrading Vegas Pro instead of something new.
