Kill La Kill AMV WIP weird skipping

hey everyone, i'm new here. and this is my first attempt at an AMV and i've got some issues happening. i'm using sony vegas 12 and towards the end there's some skipping in the transitions and i'm not sure what's going on here. any advice would be appreciated and any comments on the rest of the video would be even better.
