Anime with Bullying

I'm trying to find anime that has bullying in it. Not just physical just even rumors or whispers that show it hurts a person.

So far I can think of Hell Girl. But does anyone else have any ideas?

Trying to list these from older to newer, so you can also pick based on how visually fitting it would be with the rest.

Kyou kara Ore wa!! has its fair share of bullying (essentially just physical, though), but footage quality is troublesome as the only available source are full field blended DVDs from the Italian releases.
GTO has a good setting and a few episodes about what you're looking for.
Brave Story had a few bullying flashbacks if I'm not mistaken.
Welcome to the NHK has some bullying in like the first episode, when it shows why Satou became a hikki, and a few eps later when it shows a flashback of Yamazaki being bullied. This already has more recent visuals.
Both Ef - a Tale of Memories and Ef - a Tale of Melodies can likely be used to fit into what you need.
Shigofumi should have at least a couple of episodes which include bullying if my mind is not mistaken.
Kuuchuu Buranko's episode 06 has a lot of non-physical bullying when you think about it, but I'm not sure if you could make it fit.
Colorful (the 2010 movie, not the tv series) would be a PERFECT fit for this.
Hourou Musuko has some stuff which can be considered bullying, but it's a pretty delicate thematic, not sure how you could fit it in, but maybe check it out and see for yourself.
Wolf Children shows some bullying while Ame and Yuki are both at school, but I'm not sure how usable it would be since it's a rather short thing.

There should be other stuff, but this might be enough already.

Kare Kano (His and Her Circumstances), definitely worth watching from the beginning but if you're only looking for footage, start with episodes 9 and 10.

Devilman Tv and OAV. If I am not wrong, there's a scene with Akira beating his schoolmates with the chain of his motorbike.
