I've been AMV lurking and watching for a decade, but I never really was able to make a decent AMV until now. I'm a fan of a few people on the 'Org, and know a lot of names at first glance, but you all probably wouldn't know me. Lurkers be lurkers XP.

I liked it a lot. Great atmosphere - I think it also helped that I didn't know the Anime.
4/5 definitely a keeper for my sentimental folder

Whoa dude. This was excellent. I too am not familiar with the anime, but it doesn't matter because the story here was just beautifully told. I like that you kept it simple...some of the effects, mainly the cookie-cutter ones, were not that great in my book, nor do I think they were all that necessary, but the video was well-done enough that they didn't take away too much. This is one of my favorite videos from this year so far, I think. Excellent work, I hope to see more from you

I got a few comments saying the cookie-cutter effect was an unsavory one to use, so I'll keep that in mind in the future when I make AMVs. I probably should have just gone with the blurred edges and color correction route Thanks for taking the time to watch my AMV, I'm glad the story shined through in this, as that was my main goal for my first AMV, rather than use of effects @.@;;CrackTheSky wrote:Whoa dude. I had to stop watching because this anime looks so good and want to see it first before watching this whole AMV, great job

It's a beautiful anime, I'm glad my AMV spurred you to watch it ^^. I suggest watching Natsume Yuujinchou too, same mangaka, same beautiful stories and poignancy x3.OropherZero wrote:I had to stop watching because this anime looks so good and want to see it first before watching this whole AMV, great job
