One thing: how are the winners decided -- prejudged or audience voted?

Finalists will be determined by a panel of judges after the deadline has past. The audience will vote for the winners of each category and for Best in Show. Additional awards may be decided ahead of time, such Judge's Favorite and Coordinator's Choice. I'm still working on those details.

Winners will be posted here after they are announced during the Masquerade event on Saturday night. No more months-long delay getting that out to you guys.
