So for Explicit Content, would an anime such as "To Love Ru" be okay or no?

Haven't watched that show myself, but regardless, it depends on how you use it.

Even the dirtiest hentai could be cleverly edited into a clean AMV. Whether it'd be any good would be up for debate, but nevertheless...
