Does anyone have any suggestions on how to tackle this? Is the footage a lost cause? Below in the spoiler is a screenshot of what I'm dealing with. Any advice would be appreciated.

Rainbowing issue
I'm trying to fix some old 640x480 Inuyasha footage which has some rainbowing issues. My ultimate goal is to get a decent upscale up to 1280 so that I can then crop it down to my 720 video. I tried to get mfrainbow running but it throws an error saying it doesn't know what UnsharpMask is, even though I have warpsharp included. I then settled for Bifrost but for the life of me, I can't seem to get it to actually do anything. The result I get out still has the horrendous rainbowing on the coat.
