For those attending the convention and wish to attend the AMV Contest on Friday, come see me in the AMV Room in (Houston) between 12 noon and 4pm. That's where you can pick up your AMV Contest ribbon and your creator's tickets to the AMV Contest.

Please note: The contest is a non-ticketed event, but a creator's ticket will allow you and your guests in the door before general seating starts.

I'd suggest arriving by 6:30 pm if you want to get in early. General seating will begin at 7 pm.

Just got home from LA. I haven't been to ALA since 2010 and I just wanna say the AMV contest was a big leap since then.

Great job of revamping the contest. Best I had ever seen at LA. Creative and fantastic execution. Much more communicative than the last coordinator. I don't regret coming back to this contest.

And btw, this isn't all because I won twice - Yuusharo forgot to mention I won by the skin of my teeth in both categories.
