I would prefer if you did since it will be shown in the same room as the contest so same equipment will be used or at least ask me this privately before you sent them (woops thought you already sent them since I got 2 videos for expo right before reading this). Since it's not a contest entry it isn't as big of a deal so for now no you don't need to add it for exhibition. However because the '3 seconds of black' rule was made into such a big deal when it's shouldn't have been I will be enforcing this rule more so unless there no longer a need for it in following years. I will confirm that for next year the txt file will no longer be needed and hopefully having to use file sharing sites for the videos will fallow.

Also I got a update on the prizes and they should be arriving to the convention chairs soon. I won't be able to see them in person till the night before the con (living 16 hours away is a bitch) but our co-chair Billie Jean will be sending me pictures once they get there. I wanted to have something different for the awards and I think it pretty safe to say no other con has these. Just hope they turned out well cause if not we might be sending the con's official shot glasses instead .

Before anyone says they want those instead I wouldn't feel comfortable shipping them anyway....so yea...
