I received an e-mail confirmation for one of my entries as previewed and approved for screening, though on ngsilver's archive it still shows up as "entry form received".
Should I just trust the e-mail over the site?

I send out the e-mails first as confirmation of entry. After that, I make sure that the site is caught up on entry status. The site statuses should all be caught up for now.

Keep an eye on the entry statuses closer to the convention, in case you miss the finals announcement, as the status of videos not making the final cut will change to "Accepted for Overflow".

We're getting down to the wire, though. Only TWO days left for video entry--the submission period will end on 11:59pm EST, Thursday March 5th! Note that we are giving extra time to upload files, but you have to get that submission entry form in soon as you can so we can get you FTP information.

It can take up to 72 hours for FTP info to be sent, as stated in the entry system. You submitted your request after I went to bed, and I just now got home from work. Generally I can only authorize accounts during the hours of 7pm to 11pm EST. If your request comes in outside those times you will have to wait. Hence why it's stated it's a good idea to get your info in early.
