We set aside an hour for that contest, and we have close to 40 minutes of entries to go through and have our audience vote on that night. It's going to be an interesting night.

Kinda bummed I didn't get in. Thought it was a sure thing for at least the Trailer category, since there were only six entries, and there's usually six videos per category. Well, good luck to everyone.

There is a silver medal award specifically for the AMV Extreme Contest winner. We have 13 entries this year (interesting number), so it's going to be a battle royale this year.Sephirothskr wrote:Are there awards for the extreme?
Also working out getting our winners some sort of prize in addition to the medallions this year, with our gold winners getting some really nice stuff set aside. I don't know what exactly I'll be getting yet--convention is going to give me the prizes on site--but I will be posting some pics when I post winners.
