Song Restricted List?

Hi, I heard that there was a list of songs and artists that are not to be used when making AMV's. Where can I find this?

As far as I know, we do not restrict any listing of artists or their music. What is restricted is the linking or hosting of those bands that were (at the time) associated with Wind-Up Records.

Based on an settlement agreement, our website will not link to or locally host anime music videos featuring music, in whole or in part, by these bands:

- Evanescence
- Seether
- Creed

Even though the first two have moved on from Wind-Up Records to other labels, Wind-Up still has some ownership rights over the music they recorded under their label. Our system is not presently set up to be able to filter out songs made by different production companies, and we are still obligated to uphold our end of the settlement.
