same. I get the error when its about halfway uploaded.

I'm looking into the issue.

Update: I see nothing wrong on our end. Please give it a little time and try again? Something clogged in the series of tubes between you and JotForm, perhaps?

Our apologies for the error... I think it's just a temporary one. When the error appears, try to click "Go Back" link and re-submit the form again. Doing so allows you to go back to the form without the need to fill up all the fields again.

Please don't panic... if this continues and you're unable to complete your upload we'll work with you to find a way to get us your video, deadline or not. Right now though, I'd like to ask that you continue to try via the form, as it helps us avoid mistakes while handling your submissions.

p.s. If you reported a problem here, and DO successfully finish your upload, please go back and edit your post here so that we know. It'll be easier for us to follow up if we see your original posting of the issue has been updated that all is well, then looking through all the posts to see if things ended up working out OK.

I got a similar issue when I tried to submit a few days ago, so I followed those steps and it seemed to work. When I hit back to return to the form, the video was listed as a link below the upload box. Not sure if it actually uploaded properly, but I figured I'd get a notification eventually if it did end up being a botched upload.

Sorry, still getting the same error no matter what I do. Have tried uploading in both Chrome and Firefox. I have two videos to submit; please let me know if I should try again later or provide them via another channel.

still trying to upload to no avail. Tried different browsers but still nothing. I hope the issue gets resolved.

Same thing here, have a couple of things for Expo I'd like to submit.
I'll try the method mentioned earlier as well just to be sure.
