My group had a weird exporting issue, in one person's part the audio refused to load into the program, but the video worked fine. So I had no waveform to match up to and it was annoying to have to listen and watch the video in a media player to figure out approximately where it was supposed to go.

It was a combination of supporting two editing programs and not being at all familiar with one of them. We've assigned a dedicated VAT Staff (Drew, y'all likely met him in The Thunderdome) for next year and he'll have all year to get up to speed with whatever programs we support. (Though not Pinnacle because Whaley, am I right?)

That's understandable. End result seemed fine but i could see the potential for error in the future.

I still think there should be a list with the official results. As someone who's reporting AMV related news on our german AMV site i find it rather difficult to quote from tweets that are incorrect. Please just copy paste a list with all the winners. I hear you're all dead tired but informing the winners is also part of running a contest

As an AWA VAT staffer, and having corrected or added what was missing or needed correction (based on other members' helping to fill the gaps), I can confirm that Xophi's post as it is now is the current official list of winners.

I waited on bringing this up because of the contest finishing earlier, but this contest doesn't show up on the Convention list for entries in the a-m-v.org database. I don't know why this is but I hope it can get resolved so I can also add AWA to my list of participated conventions.

It is on the Directory of Contest Results - 2013 and on (that I maintain), under 2015, "Anime Weekend Atlanta". The link points directly to Xophi's post as the official results. afaik, it's a better list of results than the Convention Calendar is.

Also, it is not up to me to add AWA to the Convention Calendar -- additions need to be done by the coordinator of the contests. Not every coordinator uses the Convention Calendar anymore, though.
