According to <a href="http://www.gamerjargon.com/gamer3_qr.html">these happy clams</a>, Record Of Lodoss War is apparently 27 TV and 13 OAV episodes long.

Whether that's accurate or not is beyond me, but it's most likely true.

This site says 13 episodes for the OAV, anime, 27 episdoes according to this site.

So far it looks like 27 TV episodes, 13 OVA episodes.

Haven't seen the series, but I own and love the OAV, and I can verify that it is indeed 13 episodes of fantasy-anime goodness.

Acording to my source:

27 (TV) episodes, aprox. 25 minutes

13 (OVA) episodes, aprox. 30 minutes

3 (OVA) episodes, aprox. 40 minutes

Crystania (movie), aprox. 80 minutes

Welome to Lodoss (movie), aprox. 30 minutes.

Well now a second source tells me the names may be wrong but the numbers are indeed correct.
