I've been working a music video with clips I've ripped myself and I've noticed something very strange. On one of my transitions, a series of lines shows up and I have no idea why. The weirdest part is that these lines don't show up one either of the clips and each time I move through the frames the location of these lines changes.
A video example:

I'm wondering if I just ripped it wrong or maybe I have a wrong setting somewhere, but fiddling with the project settings got me nowhere. Any ideas? If it helps, I'm using Sony Vegas 13 and I used this tutorial to rip the dvds: https://pixelblended.com/amv101/

Re: Weird Lines
Looks like you might need rip it again, maybe something bugged out. 1st stop in that tutorial is getting vob files you need to check if those are ok. Play them in media player classic or something. If there is no visual artifacts i would guess either utvideo bugged out or avisynth itself. Try lagarith if that's the case https://lags.leetcode.net/codec.html
