Hello everyone, i desperatly need your help! I've been looking everywhere trying to find high quality VCD's for Dragonball Z movie 12 and 13. If anyone has any online stores they know of with these movies PLEASE let me know, thanks for your time.

Just buy the DVD's and rip them.... there are Guides you know.

..you can't.

They haven't been dubbed by FUNi, there are no R2 DVDs of those, only LDs and VHS's.
