Hello one and all! We are back and open for business!

Once again, we are kicking off another year for the Katsucon AMV contests, Please follow the link below to access our AMV site and submit your videos.

Our submission period starts now and will be open until December 3rd! (12/3/17)

AMV Showdown, NSFW AMV, Saturday Morning AMVs (PG AMV Competition) and the Katsucon AMV Blender project are all returning this year!

We can't wait to see what you all have come up with this year and thank you all for your ongoing support!

Oh shoot, I didn't see that. Is that a request or a requirement? My submission has been on YouTube since August

Yeah, it's a borderline de facto exclusivity/1st showing rule.

UPDATE: It's more of a request to /not/ post them online but we can't control what you do with your entry. Do and proceed as you see fit.
Nothing will be DQ'd for being online already.

Thank you for the clarification, Mareep. Is it possible to add some clarification on the rules page, or strike that rule entirely? The other freshness rule (can't enter if it won three awards) seems like it does the trick already
