I really don't want to get into reasons for no contact or shipment in the open. But lets just say the money I received previously to cover shipping didn't cover this year's awards, and I'm still waiting on that. Didn't want to reach out to the winners until I had clear funding to ship. If you want more details I'll be happy to provide in private...
