I mean one entry of mine went over 350MB and I had to correct it -- does something that simple count as a DQ even though it was corrected? I can't imagine that 22 people are straight plagiarizing or something.

There may be a couple double ups but almost all were from people simply not reading the rules thoroughly. It's pretty frustrating. Fortunately there were plenty of quality entries sent by folks who paid attention

Finalists have been announced on the first page. In an unexpected move we have added an additional category called ARTISTIC - enough high scoring videos allowed it so.
