It's hard to be specific here cause there was both nationals AND the regionals to account for.. but I remember in nationals that Toxic, Legacy and (i think) It's Me - the Majora's Mask video was top 3. They have a list of what played here.
As far as regionals, the regular contest, go I can only recall for sure that IrisEdit's video won best Drama, a Nichijou amv won Fun/Upbeat and for Action.. I forget.
