Anime Weekend Atlanta 2019 Editor’s Dinner

Greeting my friends.

With Mr. Pilkington taking over for me running the various contests at Anime Weekend Atlanta, it was suggested that I take over for him in organizing our annual Editor’s Dinner. This is a responsibility I take at least as seriously as getting trophies mailed out on time.

Because the management has a long history of tolerating us, the staff has a long history of putting up with our shit, and the food has a long history of being effing delicious, we will be returning to The Cheesecake Factory at Cumberland Mall. This is right across the street from the Cobb Galleria and all the teen angst of the convention. We’ll probably walk if I don’t win the lottery and buy my fleet of stretched 1987 Yugo GVs, meeting in the lobby as usual. In fact, other than me being far more charming and handsome, nothing will really have changed at all from when Mr. Pilkington organized things.

That includes RSVPing here in this thread. Let us know if you’re coming Thursday of the convention. Let us know how many you are bringing in your entourage. And most importantly, let us know all of this before Thursday, October 17 so that I can let them know how much salt they need to have on hand to sate our appetites.
