All currently submitted entries have been checked. If there were issues you will notice a Problems Found status in the entry status list. You will also have received an email from me with details and recommendations.
I do want to thank everyone whom has submitted so far and look forward to what else ya'll are able to provide. This is turning out to be an interesting year with our submissions and I always LOVE going through them.

Re: Youmacon 2019 Fan Art Theater Competition - Deadline Extended to Oct 11th
As we roll up onto the final few days for submissions I wanted to remind you of the meanings for each entry status you may see on the status document.
From Received - Means that your form has been seen by a human, but no further work has been done with it yet.
Problems Found - Means there was an issue with your entry. You should have received an email from us (using our gmail account youmafatsubmit) with details regarding the issue and what can be done to resolve the issue.
Video Received - We have downloaded your entry and the video file is in our possession. We have not checked it yet for any errors during our first pass QC.
Entry Checked - Video has passed first round QC and will compete as is during our judging sessions.
Accepted - Video has passed final QC during judging session and has been Accepted into our main viewing at con.
Accepted for Overflow - Video passed final QC during judging however was not selected to be shown during our main viewing at con. Entry may still be shown during any free play or open play blocks at the convention.
DQ - video has been disqualified for any number of reasons, usually based on details previously sent during the problems found phase.
Remember, deadline is October 11th, meaning that all entries must be in our hands by 11:59pm EDT on October 11th to qualify. There will be a brief period available for re-submissions if there are issues and details regarding re-submission will be sent to each individual entrant.

Thanks for the submissions. I am traveling this weekend for family but will attempt to vet all submissions that came in the last day asap so if there are errors you will know. We do allow for re-submission after the deadline if there were errors and I will send that info over email if problems are found. As for anyone who notices an issue with your entry form or details please do reach out over email (pm here works, but email is usually faster) and I will resolve the problem as soon as I can.

Re: Youmacon 2019 Fan Art Theater Competition - Submissions Closed
All entries have been checked and there were none that were found in need to re-submission. As such, we will continue to process the current entry list as is and get things ready for judging.
Thank you one again to everyone that submitted this year. From what I've seen of all the entries this is turning out to be a really strong year with lots of fierce competition for our awards and time for showing at the convention.
Keep an eye out on the entry status page for when your status changes, though I will also post a finalist list here as well once judging is complete. Winners will be announced live from the convention during our award ceremony both over stream (will post links prior to the con here and on our website) as well as via live tweat from our twitter account @fanarttheater so be sure to give us a follow to stay up to date!
