Re: Kumoricon 2019 AMV Contest - OPEN for submissions!
I just want to point out that the winners were posted less than 24 hours after the awards ceremony. There are a few really smoothly run cons, but dayum I gotta say Kumoricon takes demonstrating commitment to and love for the editors really seriously and delivers. This is so rare, that I have to give some public props. Kumoricon gets my vote for best run amv programming in 2019 hands down.DopplerDo wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2019 4:47 pmI just want to 1) say Kumoricon is a total blast and a great convention, and 2) congratulate this con for getting it's stuff in order in MARCH, almost 7 months ahead of time. Seriously, more than the level of preparedness Kumoricon always has, the consistency with which the staff, contests, and events are organized is above-and-beyond expectations. All of you peeps behind the curtain, you guys are amazing -- thank you!!
Please shower them in 2020 with even more amazing entries!!
Btw a big shout out to everyone who entered! I watched the pre-show and I was seriously amazed at how good the non-finalist entries were. You ALL rock!
