Sakura-Con 2020: AMV Dinner

Hey everyone!

Here are the details for Sakura-Con’s 2020 AMV Dinner! Get hyped!

Venue Address:
Elephant & Castle
1415 5th Ave.
Seattle, Washington
Thursday, April 9th, 7:30pm

We will be meeting in the Main Lobby of the Seattle Convention Center (facing Pike Street) at 7:00 and heading over at 7:15 pm.

NOTE: Like last year, Elephant & Castle is charging us $330 in addition to food. For about 30 people, we would all need to pitch in $11. Last year, we came short of the amount needed, so this time around we will be collecting the money up front when we meet. I will be calculating the final total once we have our final list of who is coming. Stay tuned for updates!

They also cannot split the bill, so we all need to contribute with cash. 18% gratuity applies like last time. Please make sure to bring cash with you if you plan to come. Please respond as soon as you can if you want to join in on the dinner and commit as we don’t want to have to recalculate the total room charge per person.

Also, please check here for menu options. The venue has a small kitchen, so we can only pick a selection of 6 main entrees (appetizers, drinks, etc. can still be ordered individually). Please send your top 5 options either via PM, Discord, or in the thread. Thanks!

Finally, do keep in mind that Seattle is experiencing a homeless crisis and thus crime is particularly high. Don’t go anywhere without someone else with you, and keep an eye out for police (especially on 3rd and Pike/Pine).
