MomoCon 2020 AMV Contest: (Winners)

Friendly reminder that MomoCon's AMV Contest deadline is just over 2 weeks away!

As some of you may have just heard, MomoCon 2020 has been canceled due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. But that doesn't mean we're canceling the AMV or V-MIX Competitions. In fact, we're hosting the Contest LIVE on MomoCon's official twitch channel on Saturday, May 23rd @ 2:30 PM EST. Voting will be done online, so even though we're unable to hold the physical event, we hope that you still join us for the LIVE Stream.

But there will be a few changes to the awards and prizes. The biggest changes are that the cash prize for the Director's Choice winner will be reduced from $500 to $100, we aren't giving away a Theme or Editor's Choice Award, and we're unable to give any of the AMV or V-MIX winners a physical trophy or medal (at least for now). But all the other prizes will remain the same at $75 per category, $50 for the Judges' Choice winner, $100 for Coordinator's Choice, and a pass to Disney World for a special undetermined winner.

So for those keeping count, that sets our total cash prize giveaway at $700! And all finalists and winners for this year's contest will receive free 4-day membership to MomoCon 2021. 2019 Winners will also have their memberships rolled over to 2021.

The submission form is now closed, and all the entries have been confirmed! Our judges will be watching all your videos this weekend, and so I expect to announce the finalists no later than Monday.
