Has anybody who makes amvs on youtube gotten fined or has gotten their amv set as 'made for kids' or has youtube or FTC done anything negative to their video?

I believe that setting your video as "Made for Kids" will disable the comment section and possibly other features. The only benefit is that it'll be available to view in the YouTube kids app. So you really should just set it as "Not for kids".

Not sure it is a good idea
